Planning Board Site walk and Public Hearing Scheduled.

Date of Public Hearing: May 22, 2024

Time: 6:00 pm

Place: Lovell Town Hall 1133 Main St. Lovell, Maine 04051

The Town of Lovell is proposing to replace the current 16’ wide boat launching ramp with a ramp 20’ in width. Additional work to be completed includes adding designated ADA parking spaces and access to the dock.

The Planning Board will be conducting a business meeting following the Public Hearing.

The application can be viewed at the Lovell Town Office.

 

On May 21, 2024, at 5:00 pm, the Lovell Planning Board will conduct a site walk to view the proposed renovation and foundation installation at the Music Hall located in Quissisana Resort. The Conditional Use application submitted by Quinsana Resort requests the board approve their request to add a foundation and roof redesign, within 20 feet of the shoreline.
