Code Enforcement
The Code Enforcement Officer is responsible for:
- Administering and enforcing the Town of Lovell Land Use Ordinance, including the Shoreland Zone and Floodplain Management Ordinances.
- Issuing building permits and plumbing permits (both internal and external).
- Conducting inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Following up on citizen complaints.
- Providing research and technical support to the Planning Board and Board of Appeals.
