Planning Board

It is the mission of the Planning Board of Lovell, Maine, to guide future growth and development in a manner that is environmentally sound, economically viable, and socially responsible, while protecting and conserving the town’s rural atmosphere and the recreational value of its properties.

Using the town’s Zoning and Shoreline Ordinances and its Comprehensive Plan as its directive, the Planning Board serves the property owners of the Town of Lovell in a respectful manner adhering to the principles of impartiality, integrity, and professionalism.
