Board of Appeals
The Board of Appeals is responsible for hearing and deciding on administrative appeals of the Code Enforcement Officer and the Planning Board. The Board of appeals is also responsible for authorizing variances.
Applications can be found on the Menu to the left. Applications for appeals must be received by the Board within 30 days after the decision is made by the CEO or Planning Board .
The Board of Appeals meets on an as needed basis when applications are received. The meetings are held at the Town Office and or via a web video app unless otherwise noted.
