PLANNING BOARD MEETING MINUTES FOR JUNE 2, 2021
Members present; Diane Caracciolo, CEO Alan Broyer, Kevin McDonald, Chairman Heinrich Wurm, Sandra Bell, Jane Lansing, Eugene Jordan and Sherri Paulette.
Also Persent; Bill Paulman, Sarah Clemmons, Dave Durrenber, Weston Markman, Dave Buchanan and David Hart.

C.U. application.
85 Sunset Ridge Rd. Mr Hart outlines project and address's Boards questions. Discussion of a site walk. It is decided the site walk is not needed. Chairman Wurm motions to approve, vote is unanimous.
Old Business.
Steven Miller dock application. A motion to approve Mr Millers design change by Chairman Wurm is approved with a unanimous vote.
C.E.O. Report
2021 Building permit log is presented to the Board.
Other Business
Ordinance book is discussed. Docks and Piers ordinance will be reviewed, as will establishing clarity and understanding in the ordinances.
Motion to adjourn by Ms Bell, vote is unanimous.
