Change in Video Conferencing Software

Starting February 1st Planning Board meeting, the Board will be using GotoMeeting© video conferencing software to provide live video participation of board meetings. This software provides the ability to store all videos online, making them accessible to all, anytime. To be able to join meetings using GotoMeeting, please download the GotoMeeting client here. Choose the GotoMeeting download for your device. Once you have downloaded the client you can click on the "Live Meeting" link in the Planning Board calander. This link will always be available for all Planning Board Meetings.
