The regular December 28, 2021, meeting of the Town of Lovell Selectboard, will be held at the Lovell Town Hall. The meeting agenda will include discussion of a Solar Moratorium draft Ordinance.
7:00-7:20 PM discussion of Ordinance
7:20 PM finish discussion and accept Draft Large Scale Solar Generating Facility Moratorium Ordinance, and set a date for a public hearing Tuesday January 18,2022 at 7:00PM and to have the CEO publish notice of the date, time and place of hearing at least 14 and 7 days in advance of that hearing.
