Selectman's meeting and Public Hearing

At its Tuesday, January 18, 2022 meeting, the Select Board of the Town of Lovell will hold a public hearing on the “Large-Scale Solar Energy Systems Moratorium Ordinance” introduced at the Select Board’s December 28, 2021 regular meeting. The Select Board will hold that January 18, 2022 meeting and public hearing at 7:00 pm at the Lovell Fire Station at 3 Hatches Hill Road, Lovell, Maine. 

After the public hearing, the Select Board will consider whether to call a Special Town Meeting for Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at 7:00 pm at the same location, the Lovell Fire Station at 3 Hatches Hill Road, Lovell, Maine, for residents to vote on the “Large-Scale Solar Energy Systems Moratorium Ordinance” and to issue a special town meeting warrant for the same.

Masks will be required and temperatures will be checked.
